Handling of personal and sensitive information of minors under the age of 14
  • When collecting personal information from a minor under the age of 14, Bwave Co., Ltd. requests consent from the minor's legal representative to collect the minimum required information for usage of the Maumgyeol Service.
  • When collecting personal information from a minor under the age of 14, Bwave Co., Ltd. may request the minimum required information, including the name, relationship, and contact information (contact number, e-mail address) of the minor's legal representative. Bwave Co., Ltd. will send the legal representative a notification via text or e-mail confirming that the consent box has been checked.
  • Required personal information from a minor's legal representative: Name, Relationship, Contact number (Mobile), Email.
※ As the legal representative of the information provider, I agree to provide the personal and sensitive information of the information provider for Bwave Co., Ltd.'s Maumgyeol Basic testing.
I have read and understood the above information regarding the service terms and usage, and I agree to the collection and use of the personal and sensitive information of the information provider.
You have the right to refuse the above agreement on the collection and use of sensitive information. However, [Maumgyeol Service usage / Health information analysis service usage] may be restricted if you do not consent to the agreement.
